Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us only in case of receiving a wrong or damaged book.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the book must be in its original condition, unused and unmarked, with no signs of wear, writing, or damage.
The book should also be returned in its original packaging, along with the invoice or proof of purchase.
Exchange will be delivered in 5-7 business days post approval.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:
You receive the wrong book, or
The item is defective or damaged.
We will promptly review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Correctly delivered books as per order.
Sale items, gift cards, or customized/personalized books.
Returns are only applicable in cases of wrong or damaged items delivered by error.

Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong book, the fastest way to get the correct one is to:
Contact us for a return authorization.
Once the return is accepted, we’ll dispatch the correct product or process an exchange.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned book, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
