At Doaba House, we aim to deliver your books quickly, safely, and efficiently. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently ship to all locations across India.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery delays may occur during high order volumes or due to postal or courier service issues.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are determined by your country’s customs department.
Doaba House is not responsible for these additional charges—they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@doabahouse.com if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@doabahouse.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier to help locate your shipment.
Please note that once the package has been handed over to the courier, final delivery timelines are beyond our control.

LOCAL PICKUP / DELIVERY
If you are located near our store, you may choose Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for collection.
